The final price offered for your vehicle after inspection is valid for a limited time.

All payments are made via secure digital methods or bank transfers.

We do not charge hidden fees. Any applicable charges will be informed transparently.

5. Car Inspection

Our inspection report is based on visible and physical checks.

We are not liable for hidden damages that were not detectable during inspection.

6. RC Transfer & Documentation

NR Enterprises & Co will assist in RC (Registration Certificate) transfer for sold vehicles.

The transfer timeline depends on the RTO’s processing duration and availability of required documents from the seller.

7. User Responsibilities

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the right to sell it.

You must provide original documents for vehicle verification and transfer.

You must not list stolen or disputed vehicles on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

NR Enterprises & Co shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred due to user actions or delays caused by third parties like RTO offices, banks, or buyers.

We make no warranty that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, designs, and trademarks displayed on our platform are the property of NR Enterprises & Co and may not be used without written consent.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if:

You breach any of these terms.

We detect fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.

11. Third-Party Services

We may link to or partner with third-party services (finance, insurance, scrap dealers, etc.).

We are not liable for the content or performance of these third parties.
